TOUR TREKKING & SUP PADDLING AT RACH TRAM RIVER

DEPARTURE SCHEDULE - Weekly group tour – Or upon request
Schedule
MORNING:
- 07:00 – 07:30: Pick-up at Duong Dong Center Hotel (Additional fee for distant locations) and transfer to Phu Quoc National Forest (Bai Thom Forest Inspection Station).
- 07:45 – 08:00: Warm-up exercises, trekking training, and forest survival skills briefing.
- 08:00 – 08:30: Start trekking 3km through Tram Forest, exploring the mangrove ecosystem of Phu Quoc (Introduction to medicinal plants and unique trees on Phu Quoc). Crossing flooded routes during the rainy season.
- 09:00 – 09:30: Gather at the meeting point for SUP training.
- 09:30 – 10:00: Conquer Rach Tram River with a 4.5km SUP journey (Rach Tram is the wildest river in Phu Quoc, surrounded by rare red coconut trees recognized as a precious species in Vietnam).
- 11:10 – 11:20: Reach the mouth of Rach Tram River, board a canoe to Ham Rong Beach.
- 11:25 – 11:55: Arrive at Ham Rong Beach for leisure, swimming, and admiring the sparkling colors of Starfish. Please avoid touching them, as they are sensitive creatures.
AFTERNOON:
- 12:30: Lunch in the forest (Field meal or set menu), followed by rest or free time for beach activities.
- 16:00: Canoe returns to Rach Vem Fishing Village, and transfer back to the starting point. End of the Phu Quoc experience journey.
Note: The sightseeing itinerary may be flexible based on actual conditions, ensuring all program highlights are covered.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES
- Personal kit bag (guest’s personal items, mineral water, nutrient snacks, waterproof zip bag for phones, sun protection arm sleeves, raincoat) – Bag return at the end of the tour.
- Insect repellent (Soffell).
- Fresh fruit juice at Ham Rong Beach.
- 01 bottle of mineral water and 01 bottle of Revice salted lemon (Additional water available along the route).
- Equipment and personnel for sightseeing activities.
- Lunch: 200,000 VND/Meal (Field meal or set menu – depending on the situation).
- Support team throughout the journey.
- Transportation for SUP boards, canoe transfer from Rach Tram River to Ham Rong Beach, and accompanying vehicles for river rescue.
- Entrance ticket to Phu Quoc National Forest.
- Seating at Ham Rong Beach (including underwater seats).
- Forest trekking guide and Phu Quoc National Forest Inspection personnel accompanying the group (Staff arrangement based on the number of participants)
- Travel insurance with a maximum compensation of 60,000,000 VND per person per incident.
TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
- Meals and beverages outside the program (beer, wine, soft drinks) during meals.
- Beach activities, entertainment, and personal expenses.
- 10% VAT.
- Accommodation in Phu Quoc.
- Domestic and international airfares/ferry tickets to Phu Quoc.
- Tour photographer.
- Other unspecified and incidental expenses.
PREPARATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
- Suitable sportswear for forest trekking and lightweight clothing for SUP paddling.
- Sports shoes, a pair of water-resistant sandals with a rear strap.
- Personal items: Underwear, hygiene items, personal medications, blister prevention bandages (Women should bring hygiene items, even as a precaution).
- Waterproof bag for rainy weather (for camera, phone, clothes, and personal items needed for the day).
- Insect repellent for forest trekking
Notes
- To process insurance, please provide the group list with full names, dates of birth, and ID numbers.
- If participants do not use the canoe, a deduction of 200,000 VND per person will apply.
- Ensure the safety of the entire journey by providing health information for all group members to the organizing committee.
- Children under 8 years old are not allowed to join the tour (for safety reasons), and those aged 8 and above are charged at the adult tour rate.
- To protect the environment, participants are advised not to litter. The organizing committee will provide bags for garbage collection before starting the journey, and they will be collected at the designated location.
- A bottle of mineral water and a bottle of Revice salted lemon will be provided during the tour. Freshwater will be available after swimming.
- When returning to Ham Rong Beach, prepare refreshing water for participants to rinse off after swimming (participants are advised to limit the use of shampoo and shower gel during rinsing).
- Do not break branches or smoke during the forest journey.
- The tour program is considered a memorandum between customers and the company. Any complaints will be resolved based on the program and payment receipts.
- The company is not responsible for ensuring incidental issues or guaranteeing sightseeing points in cases of force majeure: natural disasters, floods, droughts, earthquakes, epidemics, or airline faults.
- Prices are applicable from January 01, 2024, until further notice and may change during holidays, festivals, and peak times.
SURCHARGE FOR HOLIDAYS
- 30% compared to the listed price
TOUR BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Deposit required immediately after tour registration: 50% of the tour price.
- Remaining amount to be paid one day before departure (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Not applicable for Holiday cancellations, excluding Saturdays and Sundays
- Cancellation after service booking: 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 05 – 10 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 02 – 04 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
