Schedule
MORNING:
- 07:00 – 07:30: Tour guide and vehicle pick up guests at Duong Dong Central Hotel (Additional fees for distant locations) and then transfer to Phu Quoc National Forest (Rach Vem Forest Inspection Station area).
- 08:30: Arrive at Rach Vem Forest Inspection Station, warm-up exercises, trekking training, and learning survival skills in the forest.
- 08:45: Start a 6.5km trek through Phu Quoc's forest ecosystem (introduction to medicinal plants and various plant species), passing through ancient trees that can accommodate about 10 people hugging the trunk, and crossing around 11 streams (both soil and stone streams).
- 11:00: Arrive at Ham Rong Beach, receive fresh fruit juice from the organizers, get a beach chair at the Bar counter, and relax after a long trekking journey.
- Afterward, guests can comfortably swim in the sea, admire the sparkling colors of the Starfish, but please refrain from taking them ashore. Starfish are highly sensitive creatures, so extreme caution is required when taking pictures with them.
AFTERNOON:
- 12:30: Lunch in the forest (Field rations or set menu), followed by relaxation or free time for swimming.
- 16:00: Canoe picks up the group back to Rach Vem Fishing Village, and then the bus departs back to the initial pick-up point.
- Note: The sightseeing schedule may be flexible based on actual conditions but ensures coverage of all points in the program.

- Kit bag (guest’s personal items, mineral water, nutrition bars, waterproof phone pouch, sun protection gloves, raincoat) – Returned at the end of the tour
- Safety equipment for program activities
- Insect repellent (Soffell)
- Fresh fruit juice upon return to Ham Rong Beach
- 1 bottle of mineral water and 1 bottle of Revice salted lemon drink (additional water available along the route)
- Equipment and personnel for sightseeing activities
- Lunch: 200,000 VND/portion (Field rations or set menu – depending on the situation)
- Support team throughout the journey
- Modern air-conditioned tourist vehicle according to the schedule (appropriate vehicles based on the number of guests)
- Refreshments for guests after swimming in the sea
- Entrance ticket to Phu Quoc National Forest
- Forest trekking guide, Rach Vem Forest Inspection Team accompanies guests (Personnel arrangement based on the number of guests)
- Travel insurance with a maximum compensation of 60,000,000 VND/person/occurrence.
TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
- Canoe transfer from Ham Rong to Rach Vem (additional charge of 150,000 VND/person if the canoe carries back)
- Meals and beverages outside the program (Beer, alcohol, soft drinks) during meals.
- Expenses for swimming, entertainment, and personal expenses.
- Value-added tax (VAT) of 10%
- Accommodation in Phu Quoc
- Domestic and international air tickets/ferry tickets to Phu Quoc.
- Photographer accompanying the group
- And other expenses not included in the program and arising due to weather conditions.
PREPARATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
- Appropriate sportswear for trekking in the forest and swimwear
- Sunscreen
- Sports shoes, 01 pair of water-resistant flip-flops with a back strap
- Personal items: Underwear, hygiene products, personal medicine, adhesive bandages for foot blisters (Women should bring hygiene products, even as a precaution)
- Waterproof bag for rainy weather (for camera, phone, clothes, and personal items needed for the day)
- Bring insect repellent for the forest when unable to reach the organizer’s repellent holder.
Notes
- To complete the insurance procedure, guests please provide the group list including: Full name – Date of birth – ID card number. Guests should bring the original ID card or passport during the entire trip.
- To ensure safety throughout the journey, guests are required to provide information about the health conditions of all members of the group to the organizers.
- Children under 08 years old do not participate in the tour (for safety reasons during forest travel), and those aged 08 and above are priced as adults.
- To protect the environment along the way, guests are prohibited from littering. Please keep trash in the organizer’s bag provided before departure; at the gathering point, the organizer will collect and dispose of it properly.
- During the tour, the organizer provides guests with 1 bottle of mineral water and 1 bottle of Revice salted lemon drink.
- When returning to Ham Rong Beach, prepare sweet drinks for guests to rinse off after swimming (Guests are advised to limit the use of shampoo and shower gel for rinsing).
- Do not break branches or smoke during the entire forest journey.
- The tour program is considered an agreement between customers and the company. Complaints and issues will be based on the regulations in the program and receipt for resolution.
- The company will not be responsible for ensuring associated issues or ensuring points of interest in cases of force majeure: natural disasters, floods, droughts, earthquakes, epidemics, or faults caused by airlines, etc.
- Prices are valid from January 01, 2024, until further notice and may change during holidays, Tet, and peak periods.
- To protect the environment, participants are advised not to litter. The organizing committee will provide bags for garbage collection before starting the journey, and they will be collected at the designated location.
- A bottle of mineral water and a bottle of Revice salted lemon will be provided during the tour. Freshwater will be available after swimming.
- When returning to Ham Rong Beach, prepare refreshing water for participants to rinse off after swimming (participants are advised to limit the use of shampoo and shower gel during rinsing).
- Do not break branches or smoke during the forest journey.
- The tour program is considered a memorandum between customers and the company. Any complaints will be resolved based on the program and payment receipts.
- The company is not responsible for ensuring incidental issues or guaranteeing sightseeing points in cases of force majeure: natural disasters, floods, droughts, earthquakes, epidemics, or airline faults.
- Prices are applicable from January 01, 2024, until further notice and may change during holidays, festivals, and peak times.
SURCHARGE FOR HOLIDAYS
- 30% compared to the listed price
TOUR BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Deposit required immediately after tour registration: 50% of the tour price.
- The remaining amount must be paid before the departure date, 01 day in advance – (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Not applicable for Holiday cancellations, excluding Saturdays and Sundays
- Cancellation after service booking: 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 05 – 10 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation 02 – 04 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
